Do not buy one machine to do both jobs
If one machine takes a hammering near the floor and another sits in the office, they do not have to be the same model. Buying one big machine to cover both usually means it wears out early on the floor, while the office ends up with a machine nobody wanted to pay that much for. Give us the two volumes separately and we will tell you what is on the floor for each.
