Where we work

Outside them, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

How the coverage works

Everything runs from Kent. A machine is set up before it leaves, and when it later needs a technician, the technician comes from the same bench that sent it out. The technicians are ours rather than a dispatch network, which is why we can say the same business day and mean it.

The four counties are where we work as a matter of course

King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap. Inside them, a repair call gets a visit the same business day, and a delivery gets scheduled rather than queued behind a route. The map shows the fourteen cities with their own pages; it is not the edge of where we go, it is where we go most.

If you are just outside one

Call anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can get to you and how quickly, and sometimes the answer is no. That is worth hearing on the phone rather than finding out after a day of waiting.

Tell us what the machine is doing.

Have the make and model from the front of the machine handy. Or email randy@greatcopiers.net.
