- Delivered and set up. We pick up and deliver, and a last minute rental can often go out the same day.

Should I rent a copier or buy one?
It depends on how long you need it. Renting suits anything short term or uncertain: one monthly payment covers the machine, service, repairs, parts and supplies, with no long contract, so it is the safer choice when you are not sure. If you will keep a machine for years, buying a low mileage copier may suit you better. Tell us how long you need it and how much you print, and we will tell you which makes more sense.
