We do not publish a stock list. What is on the floor changes constantly, and the right machine depends on what you actually run in a month. Tell us the volume and whether you need colour, and we will tell you what we have today.
Where documents are retained and produced years afterwards, scan quality matters as much as print quality, and so does what happens to the machine at the end of its life. Copiers keep what they scan and copy on an internal drive, and deleted files can still be recovered from it. We can erase that drive before a machine leaves an office.
The machine is set up before it leaves Kent, then delivered, installed, put on your network and handed over working. When it later needs a technician, the technician comes from Kent.
