A machine near a loading bay wants large capacity drawers, a tolerance for dust and consumables simple enough to keep a spare of. Uptime counts for more than colour. Tell us where it will actually stand rather than only the monthly volume, because a stockroom and a manager's office are not the same room even at the same page count.
