We do not publish a stock list. What is on the floor changes constantly, and the right machine depends on what you actually run in a month. Tell us the volume and whether you need colour, and we will tell you what we have today.
Where documents get checked, what matters is the same output on Friday as on Monday: an even black, steady registration, and a scan that picks up a stamp or a signature cleanly. The other thing worth settling before you buy is what happens when you get rid of the machine, because copiers keep what they scan on an internal drive. We can erase that drive before one leaves an office.
The machine is set up before it leaves Kent, then delivered, installed, put on your network and handed over working. When it later needs a technician, the technician comes from Kent.
If you would rather understand the machines first, the asset recovery page explains what makes them different from refurbished stock.
Have the make and model from the front of the machine handy. Or email randy@greatcopiers.net.
Every brand, whoever sold it to you
